Documenting the damage to your roof, in the language the insurance companies understand, is the critical first step to getting your roof repair or replacement covered by insurance. That’s we start every consultation with a 20-Point Master Inspection to ensure we’re documenting the complete scope of damange. During each 20-Point Master Inspection, we will assess your roof for damage (storm-related or otherwise), take photos of their findings, and assess the roof’s age. Afterwards each inspection report is also reviewed by one of our in house, licensed insurance adjusters – to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
