ELIGIBILITY: “The Shingle Master” (“Company”) App is open to anyone (an “Advocate”). Advocates must download The Shingle Master App, enter the company code and follow the registration process. To successfully register as an “Advocate”, you must provide accurately, your First Name, Last Name and Valid Email, Phone Number and Mailing Address, some items may be optional, however the more information provided at the time of registration will allow for a timely response from The Shingle Master. Once you successfully register as an “Advocate”, you will be automatically registered to begin providing referrals to the receiving The Shingle Master identified on the The Shingle Master App. All registered “Advocates” will receive a Welcome Email that will include instructions on how to receive rewards via Advocator Pay. You must register up for an Advocator account (if not completed when registering) in order to receive your Promotional Rewards. The Shingle Master will pay any Promotional Rewards you earn by submitting referrals that The Shingle Master has successfully met with and/or converted into a sale. By successfully registering as an Advocate for The Shingle Master, the Advocate is agreeing to communication between the The Shingle Master and Advocate via App notifications, text messaging, email, telephone or other communications methods. All “Advocates” must submit, via App or WebApp, the necessary personal information for their referral submission. This includes, but is not limited to the First Name, Last Name, Telephone Number and Email Address and Mailing Address (some items may be optional) of the referral. The referral will be automatically registered at The Shingle Master under the specific “Advocate’s” ID. The referred customer may receive an email notifying that they were referred by Advocate from The Shingle Master.
PROMOTIONAL REWARDS: An “Advocate” may be eligible for a Promotional Reward at specific times in the process and will follow the below: 1) Once The Shingle Master successfully meets with the referred customer submitted by the “Advocate” within 90 days of the original submission date – the Advocate will earn a Promotional Reward set by The Shingle Master and will be paid via Advocator Pay account by The Shingle Master. 2) Once the referred customer submitted by the “Advocate” becomes a paid and approved contracted customer submitted by the “Advocate” within 6 Months of the original submission date – the Advocate will earn a Promotional Reward set by The Shingle Master and will be paid via Advocator Pay account by The Shingle Master. 3) Once the “Advocate” has submitted 3 referrals that have become a paid contracted customer submitted by the “Advocate”, The Advocate will earn a Promotional Reward Bonus set by The Shingle Master and will be paid via Advocator Pay account by The Shingle Master. All promotional rewards will be identified in The Shingle Master App and the “Advocate” will be sent a notification via the App informing the “Advocate” of the status of their referral. All promotional rewards will be paid via Advocator Pay Account. It is incumbent upon the Advocate to sign up for an Advocator Pay Account if they have not already been successfully registered when you registered initially. All Promotional Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. A Referral can only be entered by a single “Advocator” and will be identified once the referral is submitted and is based on the earliest date and time of the submission. If a duplicate referral is entered, the second or duplicate referral will be rejected by The Shingle Master. If for some reason, the second or duplicate referral does get registered, The Shingle Master will only pay one “Advocator” based on the earliest submission date and time. The Shingle Master reserves the right to limit or restrict participation in the Promotional Reward to any person at any time for any reason. The eligibility of an “Advocate” shall be determined by The Shingle Master in its sole discretion. Void where any aspect of the Promotional Reward is prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law or where registration, bonding, local judging or translation is required. The Promotional Reward is subject to all national, state and local laws including applicable tax codes. No substitution or transfer of any of the rewards by “Advocate” is permitted.
